As a summer fellow for the American Press Institute, I created a pop-up serial newsletter for managers looking to create a more inclusive workplace. In twelve weeks I conducted more than twenty interviews with newsroom managers, former journalists, and diversity researchers to create a product I felt that, while not a solution, could be a discussion starter for newsrooms.
